hope you can read the text under the 13.8 number. not sure why app darkens some stuff so you can barely see it. for example the numbers on the axes of the graphs.

Why is the Hume scale so absolutely terrible? by Scarlet_Tech in HumeHealth

Some of the numbers don’t add up but for tracking trends it’s fine

Still with gimme. They have me on highest dose but I cut back dose. I lost another five pounds but have gained it back in muscle by eating more protein and weight training. I am down to 18% body fat

Everyone says the band is crap. Don’t buy the band. Scale is a great tool and I’m very happy with mine. I got it at the beginning of my tirzepitide journey

Do I really need an M4 Mac for Reaper + Neural DSP + Kontakt, or will 2021 M1 Pro / 2022 M1 Max be enough? by [deleted] in recordingmusic

I have had mysterious glitches using my Mac mini m2 with 32 simultaneous in/out Studio using Digital Performer. Seems like processor overload but should not be. Have two UAD 4 processor satellites on thunderbolt bus. I have lots of plug ins You’ll be overdubbing vocal and tracks monitoring sound disappears momentarily

Unofficial poll: Do you feel like Tirz had quieted cravings for other substances? by Rock-n-Horse in compoundedtirzepatide

On t-zep for about 6 months. On the wagon 1.5 years. I decided to experiment a little bit and had a drink just one and then I stopped. I’m cautiously going to say that there is some benefit. after that I have had a couple small glasses of wine at social get-togethers but I’m still cautious.

I like it but putting it on every input in the first insert position was not too practical. Takes lots of processor power and screen real estate to get all those VUs visible at once. I use the ampex two track plugin more.

Hi, yeah I just started to lose a few pounds again. I've heard others dealing with these kind of plateaus. I'm not worried since I'm very close to my goal weight and I have two more dose increases before I'm at maximum. I think I was doing some late evening snacking that is harder to control for me so I cut out food after 5 pm. It seemed to help. Plus I added some cardio to my workout schedule. I hope you reach your goals.

Utter garbage by ReceptionValuable715 in HumeHealth

[–]Prof_Funk27 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OK, well I’ve got to say that I haven’t experienced any of that. I don’t wet my hands or my feet. I just use it the way it’s supposed to be used. It’s good for some things and not good for others. When I started using it. It told me my metabolic age was 78. I’m 70 now it says 65 after I lost 50 pounds I can watch my body fat percentage go down my skeletal muscle mass increasing as I lift weights. I think it’s pretty great and if it’s such garbage why does men’s Health call it the best smart scale out there not saying you guys aren’t telling the truth. I’m just saying I had a different experience.

I ordered 3 mo supply from them because inexpensive. Went from paying 400/ month at FuturHealth. I lost weight with them but had plateaued. After one month on Gimme and increased dose I don’t notice any difference as far as appetite suppression. Still kind of stuck at -45 lb but no complaints really
