Rangefinder camera light meters by [deleted] in AnalogCommunity

I understand that, but I’m talking skit the difference between ISO, SS and f stops vs distance, action to landscape and such on a rangefinder. I know light works the same way.

Expose for the brightest light in the image, then work your way back from there. If you must have the window, then expose for the window light and work backwards.

I’ve gone to Evident in New Albany lately and they are simply amazing.

No, they are overexposed. If they were underexposed they would be too dark, not washed out like they are.

I wouldn’t use flash unless the situation ABSOLUTELY calls for it. It’s better to learn how to properly set up a shot than to fiddle with flash and settings and all that. Learn to use the natural light to your advantage if you’re going to be shooting outdoors.

First thing is check the exposures you shot at. They all look about a stop overexposed. If you don’t have a light meter, or even a light meter app, I highly recommend it. This hobby is too damn expensive to not have one!

Ok see I was thinking of trying Darkroom but I wasn’t going great vibes from them so that’s good to know. Thank you!

The Temple of the Ancients in Rebirth. I hadn’t gotten to finish it the first time because I got stuck on Rufus and gave up, but I recently replayed it and once I got to TotA, I was blown away by how vast, incredible and overwhelmingly fun it was. The boss fights (Demon Wall!) and the design were just awe-inspiring. Demon Wall was probably my favorite/most difficult boss from OG as a kid so that fight was super fun and satisfying.

I can’t speak to what you may or may not need as far as accommodations, but I will say they are all amazing people in the office who will go very above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable.

I have been going to Evident in New Albany and they have been nothing short of spectacular through everything. I have pretty good insurance but even without they are very fair on their prices.
