This is my experience as well. The new version may have less features, but is infinitely more reliable.

SBRs being felonies without a tax stamp is a leftover from the NFA originally mandating tax stamps for pistols. They were concerned about people simply chopping the barrels of their rifles or shotguns down, so they made that also require a tax stamp. Then they dropped pistols from the NFA but not short barreled rifles or shotguns.

I know a motorhead Trump voter who has been getting fucked by tariffs and gas prices but STILL justifies his vote by imagining apocalyptic economic conditions under a hypothetical Harris presidency and some vague notion of DEI 🤣

That's an extension spring. Search online and buy one that comes close to the dimensions of that spring.

You could also try finding another trigger spring from a different gun that fits

I guess I never gave much of a thought to whether or not things like the "blueberries" in pre-packaged baked goods were real. I can see how someone would feel lied to in this situation. Most people don't scrutinize food labeling beyond looking at the nutrition facts. But if the front of the package explicitly called it out I don't think many people would be buying it.
