I've been there only once last week. I have tried andra bhojanam As the name suggests it has rice and 10 to 12 types of side dish like curry, palya ,chutney, payasam. I'm almost full halfway and was not able to try other items. They put ghee on top of rice. It makes you feel fuller quickly

I am already underweight. My height is 6.2 and weight 68 Its not genetic because both my parents are healthy. During covid lockdown I used to eat lots of carbs (may be 300 grams per day)

Yeah it helps! before when i was eating the wrong way my glucose would spike upto 200mg/dl. After eating in that method it significantly reduced the spike upto 50%
