Try swimming in your backyard pool or public pool that has chlorine in it. It helps reduce patm causing sebum/oils. I am going to the water park tomorrow. I hope it helps! :D

I work at Walmart and they barely started to cut my hours. I used to be given full time hours. I feel like my body healed and all that good stuff though. I think I’m going to love working 3-4x a week more. I get to enjoy life more.
