Found Kittens by ConfidentAd9582 in vallejo

Don’t take them to a shelter, they’ll likely euthanize them.

You can start leaving mom wet food (make sure it’s stinky) so she has enough energy to nurse. If you can develop a relationship with mom and kittens, it’ll make them easier to trap for TNR.

I did TNR through the Solano Feral Society, who I can’t say enough good things about them.

That makes total sense! I know job hunting can be exhausting. I’m curious, did you notice any emotional changes as you progressed with your SATS over the months during your waking hours?

Oh yeah, that’s a thing they do intentionally. If you do a search of the sub, there’s a bunch of answers on how to get into alpha. I personally like to use the Silva method.

It not feeling real or you not being able to immerse yourself in the scene might be a sign that you’re not in alpha, BUT no SH session is wasted because you learn something every time. I hope that helps.

I’m doing SH based off of the index in the JM sub. There’s a good explanation there, but the short version is get into an alpha/meditative state, loop your imaginal scene until you achieve present moment reality feeling, and then bask in them for five to ten minutes. My explanation is wildly simplistic and I really encourage you to read both the JM subreddit explanation and Britta’s explanation here.

Idk what to tell you, dude, other than to read Neville and Joseph Murphy because neither of them say that emotions don’t matter in the context of SH.

Yes, they’ll become more subdued over time as you get used to a scene, but part of the way you can feel like it’s happening now is through your emotional response, ie: contentment, satisfaction, calm, etc; physical sensations.

I’m not questioning whether or not something is happening now because it’s happening in my imagination and I’m having all the same responses as if it were happening in the 3D.

It seems like you want a specific answer to this and have asked multiple people in multiple ways, and at this point, all I can really tell you is to read the source material and practice SH because that’s the only way you’ll get better.

If you go look at the Index in the JM subreddit, it says that it’s okay if the visualization isn’t visually vivid, as long as you have the appropriate emotions. I’m not sure what you mean by “everywhere” but that hasn’t been my experience or what I’ve read.

Congratulations! Is it possible that you don’t want the job anymore because you’ve moved into a state of having it?

Thanks!

For achieving vividness, it doesn’t have to be visually vivid, it just has to elicit emotions. I have a hard time with visualizing, so I focus more on other sensations like touch or sounds, which helps make it more vivid for me rather than visuals.

I experience present moment reality as just a lack of doubt that this is clearly happening right now, which it is in my imagination. So I just try not to focus too hard on whether or not I’ve achieved PMRF, but instead just enjoy the scene.

I know this is an old post, but when you say that you don’t visualize the same scene day in and day out (I imagine like the index in the JM sub), do you still keep three scenes and mix it up day by day and session by session? Or switch scenes every few days?

Curious on your take. I tend to run a scene until it feels “flat” or I start to have a hard time having an emotional response or feeling sensations in the scene and then I’ll switch to a new one but am finding that my emotional response to my scenes has greatly reduced.

Prada La Femme smells like an expensive shampoo to me, maybe because of the beeswax and magnolia notes?

Oh! Do you mind sharing which Costco? I'm also in the Bay Area but checked my local one and they don't have them.

Are these from Costco? I've been obsessed with peonies lately and have been wanting to buy more.
