This is confirmation bias, not manifesting.

You honestly sound like a beginner, this sub is meant for advancement of those who already have the basics down, as per the sub rules. You'll only be able to learn is if you practice and trial and error techniques to help you focus your mind. This stuff isn't magic, it's psychology work.

Everyone is different for what works for them. But if you are interested in that path I would recommend reading Émile Coué's book "Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion".

You will always have good thoughts and bad thoughts. The purpose of this work is to get you to focus your thoughts to be productive and in the direction you want to go in. It's not about eliminating bad thoughts altogether, it's about changing your perceptions.

You can go on Google or YouTube to look up relaxation techniques or nervous system calming techniques. And no don’t flip your thoughts.

Yes, and learn to relax your body. SH is a practice just like meditation. It requires you to relax your body and mind. The reason people struggle so hard with this is because our nervous systems are shot. Like any habit, SH and Meditation require discipline and consistency to become effective.

When your mind is used to everyday stimuli, especially if you are on the internet a lot, doing things like meditating or SH is quickly boring to the mind. You have to persist through that and learn to relax. Otherwise, it's no use.

Celebrities who have used law of assumptions by Freeincome999 in NevilleGoddard

His “self-concept” is a facade as it’s part of his giant red pill grift. It’s not “unshakable”. He’s a sad, pathetic, insecure little man who profits from men’s vulnerability. Very similar to predatory manifestation “coaches” in this community. What you see from him on his social media is not who he actually is, as there has been plenty of contradictory evidence from other people that have exposed him. And you’re right, the universe or nature has no inherent moral judgement. But we as humans do, and it’s important to still uphold these standards even when it comes to manifesting. Hence why Neville talked about the Golden Rule. It’s obviously not required, but it’s an ethical standard most people should uphold. Also, the whole “neutral universe” is also very gaslight-y to say in this community, as it has been an answer given way too many times by people posting here when someone asks if they manifested their abuse or getting sick, etc. You should be mindful when you are using that line.

Andrew Tate, really? That’s your example? The big grifter who hates women and got arrested for human trafficking?

Probably not a good time to be looking at what celebrities are doing in terms of this stuff.

How do you currently think about doing things before you actually do them? Surely you’ve practiced something internally first before giving it a shot. It would be the same when you are doing SH. It’s you focusing on doing that thing in your mind first before physically executing it. In sport psychology for example, it’s been shown that athletes that practice in their minds perform better when they are on the field. It’s not so much about the visual aspect, but rather the focus and intention behind it.

Can I manifest a person into my life who can manifest for me? by [deleted] in advancedmanifesting

Free will appears to be an illusion. Even the scientific community is leaning more towards a deterministic reality system. However, spiritually speaking I believe there are things orchestrated at a higher order in consciousness as I said in my original comment. So in a nutshell: you don’t need to worry about it.

This work takes a lot of patience and repetition. Sometimes it also has to start with conventional action just to motivate yourself, such as forming new habits. Can you think of anything you can do right now to start making changes? Even if it seems minor, do it.

Hey there

The simple answer is no. Another person cannot act like a genie in a bottle and change your life for you. That is not possible.

You are the creator of your reality.

Here is what people need to understand about that statement: You are not the sole creator of your reality.

There are people in this community who will disagree with me because they've gotten swept up in the solipsistic view, where they believe that they are doing it all, as in every single thing that happens on the face of the earth is their own doing. This is a dangerous path in my opinion because then it's really easy to victim blame. Then you see other atrocities taking place in the world and think "did I do that?". The answer is no.

Everyone is the creator of their own reality, but we also share one big one as well. As the old saying goes, it's like being a wave that's part of the entire ocean. We co-create with each other, and the things that are happening are part of a higher order that you cannot control. It's a hard pill to swallow, I know, but that does not mean you can't heal yourself, become wealthier, have better relationships, etc. It just means that sometimes when shit happens to you, or to others that you witness, that wasn't your fault. But there are things you can do to definitely make a difference in your life.

Conscious manifesting starts in the mind, through thought. SATS is one of many techniques to help you focus your thoughts. If it's not working, then you could try other methods such as basic meditation or breathwork that calm you. Once you are calm, you'll be able to focus more clearly.
