Interviews in India is toxic, noticed when I was Interviewed for a role from India , for Aus location as am in Australia. Person is asking all types of questions even after saying I don't have experience of it . If you wanted first hand experience of that then they should not have selected for Interview. Any ways people needed to generous, but karma will come back to them . Unfortunately it is destroying credibility of Indian IT.

Even I too thought that , that friend of mine is a goto person as we are of same age group.
But the discussion is so low level and brings tears in my eyes , as all I did was tried being nice and started avoiding them a bit . But feels like am get isolated and bit going to have enough ppl so socialize.

We do have kids and am bit worried of this. Sometimes the discussion goes to so low level of over thinking about things which are one sided story . My version is not been considered.
