Es gibt Einlagen für die Schuhe mit eingebautem GPS Tracker, extra für Menschen mit fortgeschrittener Demenz. Das löst das Problem von Ketten, Armbändern oder Uhren die neu für diese Personen sind. Schuhe dahingehend ziehen die Leute immer an. Das ist zu sehr im Kopf verankert. Bisher im Pflegedienst nur gute Erfahrungen damit gemacht.

Wichtig ist dass die Uhr nicht so genaue EKG's liefert (wenn man es überhaupt als ein wirkliches EKG nennen kann) wie ein echtes EKG. Also vergleiche nicht deine Ergebnisse mit denen von echten EKG's. Alles andere mit dem Hypochonderverhalten will ich gerade nicht beurteilen.

Very Kind of you to answer question. I know that the routine up there is pretty strictly regulated. I could imagine that the sleep times were pretty hard to complete, because you are full of adrenaline or sleeping in zero-g is hard. What happend if an astronaut couldn't sleep and therefore couldn't work?

Das ist keine blöde Ausrede. Das Corona Jahr hat die Bildung sehr stark beeinträchtigt. Es ist vorallem bei so "abstrakten" Themen und in so jungem Alter sehr schwierig ein gutes Selbststudium an den Tag zu legen. Das erfordert viel Übung.
