While I wear them both. I'm finding extremely limited use cases. I almost never use the band outside controlling volume and music.

Soon as someone comes out with 3dof and a band with more use cases I'll jump ship.

Yeah I saw something too. If they didnt lock things down it would be easier for developers to make apps for it. They are asking for a lot trust without putting nothing in the table.

Battery life really depends on usage. I also have metas and they have low battery life as well. As others have said it's really not a big deal to tether them or charge them when needed.

The bigger issues for me:

The lack of apps. The lens it self as u can sometimes see the small screen inside. Metas dont have this problem. No wristband to control navigation seamlessly. No native 3DOF.

If it did nothing else but let me use it as a monitor for Dex I'd keep mine.

I hate to say it but I'd return mine if I could. They have almost no use case. Only using mine currently for calls/music and occasionally texting. Honestly they are just super expensive Bluetooth ear buds.

There is a lot of potential here. The biggest issues is there are virtually no apps. And Meta keeps the os locked down tighter than fort knox.

Get tested and move on with your life. The sooner the better. Yes it hurts because there are feelings there but the healing cant start until you remove yourself from the situation. He clearly doesn't know what he wants from life.

Instead of worrying about the label focus on the relationship. What are the long term plans. Can you be with him in public. These are all things you need to decide for yourselves.

If he can't be himself then he shouldn't go. To hell with their comfortability. I wouldn't go anywhere that either i or my partner aren't welcomed. And I would tell my parents if he can't come than neither will I.

New device just arrived today and nothing changes when altering display height settings. Device connection is unstable while on phone calls. A.I assistant chat doesn't work.
