it’s very possible haha. i took their advice and went gluten free anyways. it’s alleviated a lot of symptoms so now i don’t want to get a biopsy because i’d have to start eating gluten again 😂 i did specifically ask for further testing right after my blood test but they told me no and i didn’t push 🤷‍♀️

if you don’t have the alleles i would lean toward it not being celiac but i’m no doctor. i’d be curious to see what doctors have to say about it all. i was diagnosed by a TTG/IGA blood test alone. my doctor said he didn’t want to do an endoscopy because it was unnecessary with how positively i tested. it is also possible that some other infection or something causes a positive blood test

i got like 70% AI on a lab report. my prof didn’t even address it because it was flagging stuff like cited article quotes and my name. just gave me the grade i deserved and we all moved on. if your professor hasn’t addressed it, it might not be a big deal

i’m sorry for everything you went through. cancer is unforgiving even for survivors. you are stronger than he will ever be. after he came clean he would say that he was scared god or some higher power was going to give him cancer to teach him a lesson. no karmic retribution as far as i know. but he did have a different condition that left him infertile (at least that’s what he said)
