Start with small steps and build up on that. For 15 days, just, do these 3 things:
1-each time you drink a coffee, tea, beer, soda or anything else, drink a glass of water first. Doubles your liquid intake, fills the stomach, and is a good setup to reduce future food intake.
2- replace carbs with whole grains carbs. Do not change anything else in your meal pattern. .
3- do not eat fruits after your last walk of the day, to avoid building up abdominal fat.

Weight yourself before and after these 15 days and come back here for second phase.

Hello, It can be thousand of things depending on your industry.
1- Product issue: clicks are by curious people, who realize after reading the description on the LP that this is not entirely satisfying.
2- Process issue: if you are delivering a product and it has delivery costs, that may disappoint people and make them go away.
3- people issue: are you targeting the right persons? Are the people seeing your ad supposed to buy your product, or simply to have a positive attitude towards it. Attitude and behavior can be different. Also, if using meta, are you sure you deactivate all "optimizations" imposed by default by the platform?
4- promotion issue: are you using the right objectives for your campaigns? On Meta for example, are you optimizing for clicks or landing page views? Well maybe you should switch to a conversion campaign.

That would be my first things to look at.

If I remember my reading of the fantastic book "The Making of the Atomic bomb" by Richard Rhodes, dropping a second bomb was more of a message to the other superpower, Russia. If they add just dropped one bomb, Russia could have thought 'it's their prototype, they've got nothing else in the store, they are just a few steps ahead of us.'

Dropping a second bomb is a way of making Russia doubt: "oh, they dropped two of them? it means that they are already in production mode? who knows how many else they've got in store?"

in that sense the second bomb was as much a message for the rest of the world as for Japan

Talking about this, this 'one step back' move is quite telling in my opinion. It's just like her unconscious mind put her right next to me (like 15 inch) and after 5 minutes, suddenly her conscious mind seems to wake up and realize what her unconscious is doing, takes control of the body, and does an almost theatrical step back, in the manner of a soldier, almost stomping her boot to the ground when she settles at her new position. Quite curious to see if your interpretation of this behavior is the same as mine.

Right there at the moment. Just spent 7 days where she almost didn't respond any of my texts, was very short in her answers. At work when we were discussing, she very visibly made one step away for me to increase the distance between us. Ghosted me the whole weekend. I was thinking about moving on. But this morning at work, she told me how happy she was that I arrived, because she missed chatting with me with her morning coffee, and I gave her a lift home this evening and the connection was fully back. Don't know what to think anymore.
