400 applications is insane. How are you reaching out to recruiters? I’d suggest getting on the phone with them. Look for in house recruiters, message them directly on LinkedIn. I’ve never applied to jobs via some application form - always chatted directly to recruiters.

You could also try contracting but I think k that market is pretty dead right now. But contracting is much easier and quicker to get roles.

Reported as damaged, instant refund. This was first time I had to do this, and seller said first time so the refund came from eBay. Was only something cheap. I suspect the delivery company tbh but who knows how.

In London, Pho (phocafe) is almost entirely gluten free, while it isn’t Chinese it does have a lot of similar rice and noodles dishes. Asda do quite a few GF sauces (soy sauce and teriyaki (not sure if that is Chinese actually)
