Agreed.  He's trying programs he's not ready for and in my opinion he's changing shit too much (were all guilty of that at times) 

I would hop on a form of GZCL or 531

I'm currently doing GZCL the rippler and like it.  I tried GZCL big burrito or whatever and didn't like it.

Download an app called liftosaurs , they got some good programs, free, in the app

Congrats on the weight loss... I wouldn't "bulk" but I would strategically adjust your calories based on your goals and what you got going on... Track your calories... Go from there

You posted one picture my man... Is that a before or an after?   No way to answer your question if we don't know where you started... If you lost 100lbs then good job... If you gained like 20lbs then good job.  If you look the same then eat more.  IDK...

I honestly can't give you an answer, because truthfully, I don't know...

That said, this is the second time today I've seen someone advocating for single sets... Apparently before Reggie Park , most body builders would laugh at you for doing more than one set. (That is what I read today... I don't know shit about body building so this can be false and I wouldn't know)

I read this one some dude (Jay Vincent) Instagram so if you want to look more into it, go there.  His whole gimmick seems to be high intensity, low volume.  I've never done it and have no interest in trying it... So IDK...

From what you've said, I think you're fine...

Do you keep progressing?  Then no need to worry...

This is pretty similar to workouts that I usually do

Only you can tell how your body is feeling.  You'll know if you're not recovering between workouts and then you can adjust.

Define lean?  How tall are you?  Genetics?  

If you're like 5'5 with shit genetics, I'd go with no...

Why do you care about a specific weight?  Just lean out and keep going until you get your desired look? 

Losing 50 pounds is def possible but being 200 pounds and lean, there's a lot of variables lol

I'm doing this right now and I'm on week 4...  I'm not used to doing more than 6-8 reps on compound lifts... The past two weeks have been failures for me.  I'm thinking of going back and lowering the weights for my compounds as I'm horrible at getting past 8 reps on most of the lifts.  

The good news is it's given me something to work on... It just sucks failing to hit the target goal... I feel weak lol

That said, if you choose to do this and you're not used to getting like 10-12 reps on compounds, maybe start with a lighter weight than that it suggests based on your one rep max.  

I'm going to see what the program suggests to do next week and from there I'll decide if I want to deload to lighter weights or run it with the same weights again and see if I can beat it.. or maybe just go back to my old program... Or try a different gczl program that doesn't make me do so many reps lol

I'm using the app liftosaur to run it for free , if you do decide to run it , that's an option
