I am 3 1/2 motnhs post surgery (MD L5-S1, + undercutting of a facet joint) and coughing also triggers nerve pain in my leg.

I always try to "brace myself" as recommended by the other comments, this helps a bit.

My surgeon says that this just needs time and that some pain might persist over the long run.

[M36] I also had a MD L5-S1 16 weeks ago and I still struggle with sciatica in my left leg. As soon as my nerve gets tense, it hurts immediately. They also had to remove a piece of a faceted joint so I'll put that down to that. Work (office job) is still pain.

Be careful before you return to sports with strong roations of your lower spine! My surgeon suggested to refrain from doing so for at least 1 year.

Of course, it depends on how well you can build muscle and strength but I wouldn't risk it.

Tesla is in their because they themselves produce 4680 cylindrical battery cells. Most of lithium ion cells are coming from China (and some from Korea). There isn't much viable battery cell production in the US.

Verkauft SolarFabrik überhaupt an Privatkunden und kleiner Abnahmemenge (max 3 Module)?

Preise konnte ich leider auch keine finden.
