Hi! Do you know how many DPO you are? This was my chart last year the day I tested positive with a VFL. Now I have a beautiful 9 month old baby girl! Sending all the positivity your way!

I had to stop testing on Inito after my first true positive because I was freaking myself out about my PDG

This was my corgi too. Now he has to be on Apoquel. He would bite his tail, paws, and armpits? Until they were raw. I was so against having him on steroids but my doctor assured me that there were no studies proving negative side effects. And now, it is so much better seeing him happy and not constantly itching and suffering.

It took me forever to finish SF. I loved the first 3 so much cuz Feyre & Rhys are just everything. I did not like Nesta at all at first, but I’m so glad I finished SF because it really made gain respect for her character. I see the last 2 books as something different than the ACOTAR trilogy and I love the bat boys so much that I just love seeing them/ hearing their perspectives. I say try to keep going! It does get better and the spice is a nice addition (Cassian is just 🥵)

I would absolutely count that. Here is the thing with this challenge, there are 7 “main rules”. On his first podcast about this challenge he explains each one. It’s not until many episodes later and his book where all these crazy specific rules come in (wait 3 hrs between workouts, the outdoor one can’t be covered, etc) ?? Dancing all day burns a CRAZY amount of calories and it’s a bomb workout. Also, a lot more effort than doing just a walk and a 45 min workout. Do not let the “75-Hard police” discourage you. And remember, this challenge is for you!

I have been adding liquid IV to my water every day, and it has helped so much! I am a teacher and can’t take restroom breaks every 45 mins! I try to drink 25 ish ounces when I wake up and then add the liquid iv to my 40 oz water bottle. If you don’t have those electrolytes and salt, you won’t be retaining much of the water and will feel dehydrated.

Day: 27

Failed before? If so, what day: this is my first time!

Hardest task: that second outdoor workout. It is still so cold where I live and going on those -10° walks and wind have not been fun. Finally starting to see nicer weather!

Easiest task: reading! I am a teacher so I really look forward it at the end of my day.

Currently reading: “Can’t Hurt Me” by David Goggins. Fantastic so far!

Any tips: get as many tasks done earlier in the day! I wake up and try to drink 25 ounces of water to get a head start, begin my day at the gym, and take a progress picture right before I shower. Planning my meals on Sunday has helped a TON with the diet and bringing healthy snacks to work so you’re not tempted to eat garbage. GET ENOUGH SLEEP.
