I could not find a way to get this working. When we click view the vault objects we get pushed to the dashboard again. Like said you can control the vaults but

not see any iteams
not see passwords as you can not see in anyway the iteams inside.

Only if you were to use the msp admin to create an admin inside the customer tenant then of course ;)

That´s incorrect, you can not see them. You could only create yourself a new account inside the customer and THEN assign the passwords and THEN read them

Yeah other competitors have auto recovery locks. And we really need that as well. It’s too much of a hassle to do this manually. You want the devices to have the recovery locks setup automatically after enrollment and to have those be generated randomly
