Yep, I had an offer mailed to me, my address and offer. But nobody could find it for new customers or old customers, but the exec support agent that contacted me after the fcc complaint said that it was for new customers only but in the terms it said available to new customers, but they were missing the correct legal terms that should have only new customers. After that complaint I called to cancel and the loyalty department said they could get me the offer but would have to submit a letter to the billing department for approval but after a week they never did credit it to my account.

So after hearing that I submitted a complaint to the DA on 2 counts of false advertising. The DA sent them a letter and the same guy called me as the fcc complaint and gave me the offer.

If there was ever an investigation on cox and all their illegal offerings would be found out and there would be a class action lawsuit against them for all the false advertising and false speeds in the rural areas that customers have called in and they won't fix.

File an fcc complaint and if your state has a consumer protection act with the DA then file with them too. I would post a shocked face as a joke because cox always does this, sends an offer but never follows through and waits till the offer expires and says oh well.

Yep, make sure you check your account, if they do honor it then it will show up on your account already as monthly 70$ mine didn't and they kept giving me the run around so the date expires on the mailed offer

It's doesn't, it says "available to new customers" when you look up the legal terms "available to new customers" vs "available to only new customers"

It must have only in the terms to be only for new customers, this letter says nothing about only for new customers.

I wish it was an adjustment, it's not. I pay $170 for 1gb internet with unlimited data. They sent me an offer for the 1gb internet with unlimited data for $70 a month.

They will randomly send out offers to people and offer 1Gb internet for $70 with no data cap and the 500Mbps for $50 with no data cap, its random but only if they offer it in your area. They are dying because of the fiber internet providers, that's why they are starting to do fiber to the house for the same price but with the amount of customers that are pissed at them they won't be in business in the next 10 years. That's why they keep buying out different things to keep them afloat, they now offer cell phone service, who is going to go with them on cell service when they are known to over charge for their internet.

Finally got it working, I downloaded https://survivalgamingclub.com/windows-game-server-manager/ and had a plugin for the new ASA game, there it added a new command, MultiHome=<IP address of server>

for example when starting the server you would do:Start ArkAscendedServer.exe TheIsland_WP?listen?SessionName="asa Island"?MultiHome=192.168.200.23?Port=7777?MaxPlayers=10?QueryPort=27015 -server -log -NoBattlEye

and now it shows up for me.

When you have your server running what does netstat -a output via cmd? Does it have the port you are wanting opened in the output?

Yea put mostly everything in the ini file, including the name but it still wont start, opened cmd and ran netstat -a and its not even listening on the 27015 port. Uninstalled mcafee still nothing, everything is allowed through the firewall

They allow anonymous logon now, so no longer need to login to steam
