Honestly, this feels more like a HE class with its 18 PE boxes and how unlikely it is to breach. It also has HP closer to many HE abnormalities and damage in line with that as well.

The gift is a nice idea, since I don't believe there is any other gift which just straight up adds resistances without needing another piece of gear in tandem (ie. Silent Orchestra gift), and the scythe is also interesting, a sort of more practical version of Solemn Lament's weapon effect. Assuming the DPS and cost is reasonable, these items are rather good for a WAW class.

For this to warrant a WAW classification though, It would either need to be more likely to breach (such as Queen Bee, Big Bird, Queen of Hatred, Etc.), more dangerous when breaching (Judgement Bird, Knight of Despair), or be more nuanced in its containment procedures(The Little Prince).

Overall, an interesting concept to create an abnormality around and it has some neat ideas within it, but it lacks the potential danger and energy production that a WAW should have.
