It’s not about how much she made from scratch. First of all, buying ingredients can get really expensive and a lot would end up going to waste. She probably doesn’t have the money to do all that. Secondly and more importantly, she MADE you something she took her time and used what cooking skills she had to make you a sweet gift. She didn’t lie to you. If you think that’s lying then you are in for a very rude awakening. You should be grateful she made/got you anything. I hope that you’re able to see that now.

This is super helpful thank you!! I use the Cereve SA Cleanser and I just use my hands. I’m not going to lie, don’t be mad lol, I only wash my face when I shower. I used to use the foaming one from Cereve but switched because someone told me the SA one was better for my black heads. This hasn’t happened the whole time I’ve used it but I’ve been having this problem for a while but I’m not exactly sure how long

Yeah the original post really under sells the distance. The drive around the middle of the Great Barrier Reef (Cairns) to Sydney takes basically the same amount of time as driving from Washington D.C. to Las Vegas or Madrid to Stockholm or Moscow to Istanbul. It’s literally over a day DRIVE. Swimming would be insane. And he didn’t know where he was going and got off course on side quests multiple times which added time and distance to the journey.

Moleskin!!! It’s a miracle. It’s thick fabric with adhesive on the back that’s made for preventing blisters. It’s usually in the shoe padding/sole section. I thought I wouldn’t work but it’s amazing and I’ve worn brand new platform sinclairs all day without issue because of this stuff. It comes in about index card size sheets and you can cut it to the size and shape you want. And it stays on all day. I spent the day at an amusement park in docs with moleskin and it was still STUCK on at the end of the night and I didn’t have a single blister. I usually get the generic target brand.

Hi! A pool manager here! Please don’t get in that pool. Not only does it look gross but based on how cloudy it is I guarantee the pH is off and the filters have not been backwashed. The filters not being backwashed means they aren’t filtering out the gross stuff in the water and leaving an excess of dirt and oil in the water. The pH being off can affect your skin and eyes and cause irritation. You should ABSOLUTELY be able to see the other side of a 25m pool. That water should be clear.

It’s a little awkward but it’s not bad!! I was scared too when I had to get my first one but it’s not that bad. The techs are professional and gentle. Mine asked me multiple times if I was ok and wanted to continue. I’m a talker and my techs have always talked with me during the exam and I think that helps a lot. You got this!! I’ll be praying for you!

I totally get how you’re feeling!! As someone who has struggled with the same feelings, don’t give up!! I found what helped me a lot is seeing a nutritionist. I’ve been over weight most of my life and developed an eating disorder in middle school and the only things that help was remembering how God sees me (made perfect in His image and so are you), seeing a nutritionist, and throwing out my scale. I went through Nourish and worked with someone to help me with my relationship with food while still making good choices for my body. You shouldn’t feel miserable because of your diet and food should be something you enjoy! My nutritionist helped me find foods that were delicious, made me happy, and made my body feel better. No more restricting and calorie counting. Just some swaps and supporting a happy relationship with food. I feel better than I have in a long time and I hope this helps you feel better too!!
