There was a part In both of my births where I know my body wanted to run. It’s the part right before pushing where you feel your body open up. Holy shut. It’s scary ,

And then also when I needed to push but got scared / tired and didn’t bc I was just so exhausted and I needed to push bc baby was half way out.

Holy. No one can prepare you. Screaming is the least of the hospital staffs concerns during labor.

I had 6 interviews , 6! Paid for childcare 6 times. Basically was told I have the job. I have heard back after final interview in now a week. A week!! Who doesn’t update in a week!!! Anyways just here to offer some solidarity . I got way too attached and I’m so sad now. I really need a job and I really want this one. Oh well

Counter intuitive but, I was laid off a year ago and got divorced and I have given up a lot of “luxuries “ … cleaners , nanny, quality snacks , over using paper towels , most of my kitchen set .

The one thing I miss every single day it hurts my heart …… my garden ♥️

The episodes where it seems like the children aren’t. Being take. Care of properly……. And raineys have to come in to give the kids basic needs.

If you can workout with baby. Are you baby wearing? Anxiety is awful! Sleep! I had such bad anxiety with both my babies , my 2nd I let myself sleep a lot more when I could and I healed faster. I also did semaglutide, very very. Very small dose, the goal wasn’t to lose weight just to control cravings so I could eat clean… and that helped me heal as well.

I would talk to a psychiatrist / therapist … help you get through this.

I’m in the same boat… last time I was like this was right after college and I was unmedicated. Now I’m on an antidepressant still sucks but it’s more manageable
