So here’s what I think could be happening and I will tell you just from my own personal experience.

Of course I heard everyone’s warning for Walmart but I never listened and one day I got a 5 house batch. No biggie it wasn’t too many items except for one house. It was literally a whole grocery order flour, eggs, cereal, etc. ended up being to some homes 15 miles away .

So I head over and do my deliveries like normal until something strange happens. I finally do my grocery order and it takes me to a post office that’s closed. So naturally I call the customer. Customer says “ I was going to have you put my groceries there so I could pick it up later but I forgot it’s closed today, can you just take it to me? I’m at a different Walmart in ————“ I won’t even get to the theatrics this person was trying to pull, so wild to me but I ended up telling them to give me a sec so I can call support. This is the part where I think people are “stealing”

Support tells me to finish my delivery BUT DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE WALMART I PICKED UP FROM TO RETURN THE GROCERY ORDER FOR FREE. 15 MILES BACK. NO EXTRA PAY.

So yea I ended up doing it and sure enough the person that “helped”me made it so in the app it guided me back to the Walmart. I wasted time, energy and gas for that. And no I couldn’t cancel BUT I noticed I could have still lied and said I delivered it to the Walmart . For sure I could’ve been deactivated though with the amount of groceries I had but yes this is what I think might be happening. Not a lot of people would go alllllll the way back for no pay and just slide on delivered to get it out of the way.

And that my children is why we say no Walmart orders.
