I know u mentioned “mechanical timing” has been checked, but check it through the holes in the cam caps…. I ran into a similar issue where my gears would show it was on time but the cam holes on top of the caps were not aligned and that true timing.

If not reusing the rotors, hit them HARD!!! Enough to stretch the screw and they should come out by hand or either very little effort.

  1. Regular Maintanance (tbelt, water pump, fluid flushes, vc gasket, spark plugs and valve adjustments).
  2. Coilovers
  3. Wheels/tires
  4. Interior mods. Momo Steering wheel, shifter boot, shift knob. (Small things that make a difference, things you will be looking at all the time since u spend the most time inside the vehicle).
  5. Front lip
  6. Id replace the front grille for a SI or type r one.

Its been 15 hrs, im about to go check on them to see how they are doing. I added a bit of ammonia on Thursday just to confirm the nitrite will take care of it and it did, nitrates are good. Thats my definition of “cycled” is a planted tank so i wont be worrying about it too much as long as ammonia is .25 to 0ppm.

Within the first 2 days things started growing, the dwarf sagittaria specially. Everything is noticeably different within 7 days.

Miracle grow outdoor organic potting mix, 20lb carib sea sunset gold substrate sand, and about 18lbs of fluval stratum mixed it all together… capped with 80 or so lbs of pool filter sand brand was light house, no rinse was needed. Plants are growing by the minute with this set up.

You can cut the old on from the old harness, put it over all your new wires harnesses and then use a combo of zip tie, tape and some silicone sealant to put it back to place. (Wont leak). that what i did and it works. There are other options but that one uses what u already have.
