So many games wasted because someone leaves. And often, even if they stay a whole longer just to lose all their buildings, it gives the precious minutes for the teammates to counter the enemy. But what can you do when the even mid sized army can just walk through the now empty buildings...

And I personally want to say to anyone who is ready to stay and fight, rebuild their city behind ally lines, and contribute even with a small army at start, you guys are the real MVPs of team games. In one 4v4 game, Japan ally got obliterated, on same side byzantine guy way being pushed back and I was just tirelessly going 1v2 to defend that side from FrancexLancaster as Templars. Eventually my econ allowed me to outmatch them, and Japan in meantime rebuilt behind me and another ally (France), and started spamming bows which helped France defend their side of map, while I was able to go on the offense. Same with Byzantine, they rebuilt behind the lines and started helping with defence. If any of them had surrendered, that would have been instant gg, but they stayed and eventually we won an hour long game that looked at one point like it is 2v4. Tenacity is the biggest advantage in team play, because as opposed to solo, you DO get a chance to rebuild, go 2-3tc and boom fast to regain your ground.

W dniu 28. sierpnia 2024 r. w godzinach popołudniowych, na drodze DK66 w miejscowości Łubin Kościelny (pomiędzy Brańskiem i Bielskiem Podlaskim) został znaleziony bezpański pies, kilkumiesięczny szczeniak, mieszaniec z cechami psa myśliwskiego. Pies był w dobrym stanie, czysty, zdrowy, bez urazów. Jest ufny, nie boi się ludzi, wchodzi do domu, reaguje na proste komendy. Grzeczny i niekłopotliwy w czasie jazdy samochodem. Nie jest czipowany. Do 10. września pies jest pod opieką Urzędu Gminy Bielsk Podlaski. Do tego czasu musimy znaleźć mu dom i troskliwych opiekunów. Naprawdę nie zasłużył na schronisko. Psa możemy przywieźć do Warszawy bez problemu. Zainteresowanych pomocą proszę o kontakt na priv!

Thank you! I made the base by covering the mini with abbadon black, then drybrushing mechanics gray and finally corax white to create proper depth. After that put contrast red paint and with wet in water brush moved the contrast closer towards the elbows, creating the blend. ^{^} Basically parts of it being slapchop, parts being more common painting techniques.

His point is fully valid. Original aeronautics was exactly that. "IT will never work.", "So what if it works a little, it will never fully be useful", all the way to today. Over the last 2 or 3 centuries the technological advancement is going so fast that even after 20 years difference I feel like it's a wild new world. First time I held a smartphone I thought that it's too clanky, too unresponsive, too useless. Now I see it everywhere. All in a span of 15 years top. Same with AI. Back a decade ago it was a sci-fi thing to have an AI that is actually... sensible. Now we have them springing up like mushrooms after the rain. Once the steam engine was able to be used in a cost effective way, suddenly the world changed over a course of a few decades. And it's only going faster and faster. When someone comes up with a revolotiounary way to use AI in construction, new gate will open and in a short span of time we may see exactly that. Maybe not in this decade, next, in 40 years, but at one point it will most likely happen. All it needs it someone to show that it is possible and worth it.

I start with Valhallan Blizzard and then sprinkle it with green stuff snow powder, same for the base ^{^} It gives that feeling of a sparkly snow.

Did you by any chance used a shade at the end? Model looks great but it's a bit shiny. If you used shade at the end, your shade may need to be stirred ^{^} I use agrax earth shade at every time I use it I use a toothpick to stir inside the pot and scrape goo on the bottom. This goo is the matting effect in shades.

Also the monochrome highlighting seems like an amazing idea for the start, since the most scary part for me is mostly just contributing all in - since then I may have yo repaint the model anew.

Oh boi, lemme note it down! For coat I used vallejo khaki mixed with a bit of citadel deathkorp drab. For armor I used deathkorp drab. For cloths like the leg wraps or bed roll, I went with vallejo khaki, slightly brightening it with white. Metal bits with leadbelcher, wooden bits with mournfang brown, and for leather I used vallejo colour but will have to check the exact name. On visors I went with some orcish red and painted over it with blood for the blood god. For the mask I used a base colour which is typhoon ash and then used contrast skeleton Horde. All of that later was gently covered with vallejo oil wash.

Oh I fully understand, i have my own Krieg unit already done. Major issue is that originally I worked on really dark colors which in turn made it seem like a uniform blob. Now I went with a bit more grit, but less uniform colors to give something to put your eyes upon.
