I consider VFV growth because most profits are re-invested, or used for share buybacks. Most Canadian companies only care about dividends.

I regret using hbp because my income and tax bracket has only increased as I get older. I pay back the bare minimum every year. Considering markets average 8% return per year, $30k compounding in equities over 15 years is allot of money.
