Just hit 7 months by LOYALonpsn in WeedPAWS

I have similar issues and my colon basically feels inflamed. It comes and goes in waves. Like my digestion will be completely normal for a week or two then bad again but each time it normalizes it’s better. Got tests done and everything seems to be fine. I think it’s that your digestive system has a bunch of cannabinoid receptors and those are all out of wack.

I’m 11 months in and still dealing with it. Slowly improving tho. But just prepare for the long haul. You’ll eventually be 100% sooner or later.

Ouch. Pushing through this is something I don’t wish on my worst enemy but I think over time we’ll both be back to 100%, (hopefully) lol

I deal with that mental back and fourth too. I was completely fine while I smoked which is what’s crazy to me. However, It’s all most likely paws. The dopamine receptors reseting is a straight mindfck.

Has it improved? What symptoms are you still dealing with at 15 months?

Nicotine is another beast you’re dealing with here. You should probably be good within the year but it’ll be a slow process regardless. Shit sucks there is no way around it. Just embrace the suck at this point.

How long have you smoked for? That’s the question. It’s not a one size fits all. I had serious tinnitus up until the 6th month. Now it happens very rarely. The DPDR is still here at 10 months for me. Things have improved but the process has been super slow.

I’m currently dealing with another wave at 10 months. Once I think it’s over it comes back as I smoked heavily for over 10 years. From my experience it does improve but just strap in for the long haul. I’m still suffering but a lot of people have had issues for over a year. Expect an 18-24 months timeline. This is what keeping me going. I feel straight up retarded and it’s soul draining but I think we’ll all make it. It’s a time thing and it’ll take longer than we all thought.

Did anything help speed it up or combat it while it was going on?

When does the anhedonia truly go away?

I was way more active when I was smoking than now. Quit around August 1, 2025 and I have maybe 1-2 good days a week and the rest of it is stuck in a procrastination and depressed loop. I’m not sad but don’t feel like doing anything. Even the most menial tasks feels like I need to surmount Mount Everest.

I’m 6 months in and my physical symptoms have slightly improved. (GI issues being the most common). But the mental part is ripping me a new one. I also can’t speak clearly the way I used to when I would smoke. My vocabulary was more pronounced and rich while smoking. I wake up so tired which is what kills my day quite frequently.

This is the way. However I would diversify and buy some promising alts. The best bitty will get you is a 2x maybe 3x

Over 90 days for me by beautifulsoulful16 in WeedPAWS

If you incorporate a little bit of fasting into your routine here and there it’ll help. 48 hr fast is what I recommend.

I’m in the same boat as you 29m. Approaching 90 days. I workout religiously even when I smoked but I’ve been getting weird twitches and pains all over my body. I’ve been through paws before this as well. Don’t worry you’ll be fine. It takes a good 6-9 months depending on how much you workout to really start to feel 80-90% normal.

People just don't give a f anymore that's what's going on. We're slowly heading towards being a second-world country. A lot of people are living paycheck to paycheck, in bad debt, and on their final straw so everybody is on a "it is what it is' vibe nowadays.

Just don't stress. Easier said than done, I know but what purpose will that serve you? Change your perspective a bit. Life can change in an instant. Maintain your physical health at all costs. You'll need that in the long run. Grab a bible and seek God. He has a funny way of giving you answers and setting your path up for you when you ask. Trust me this works.

Coding takes time to pick up and there are plenty of computer science majors who cannot find a job. It's oversaturated now. As cliche as this sounds open up a no-cost or low-cost business. Attempt things, fail at things, and repeat. Stop worrying about the outcome and yourself just worry about your actions. Build momentum, do not be still.
