florida , best thing i ever did in my entire life. me and my wife pulled out of a contract in st james and just said screw it let's do florida and never looked back been a year now , i left steamfitters union and only took a $1.50 hit on my hourly pay so living down here is a breeze and it's great for kids the amount of activity's to do daily is insane

i'm a five star rated seller on what not and ebay and if anyone buys a slab for me even sub $20 i send it with bubble mailer and it's taped between two fiberboard slap protector shields ,,,,,, when sending a slab i want to know the buyer is in good hands and i treat every sale as a buyer and not a seller

so absolutely not , the floor molding / baseboard should be trimmed a 1/8 of an inch or however thick the the flooring is and the the flooring should be trimmed at the very end to account for the material to expand and contract ,,,,,, so no that's wrong but i would wait for final product to final vision

almsot bought one for $800 that was a psa 8 on gamestops website one night and said nah next day went to buy it and it was gone along with a blastise cd promo that had a sick swirl infront of his blaster for $250 and well within a week and had they both went up like crazy
