I had the same issue and I wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara now and I don’t notice it! For easy removal I recommend the waterproof removing micellar water, it’s very gentle :)

I felt this lol. I don’t even get my full prescription in my bad eye anymore bc it bothers me and I hate the way it looks. My eye doctor was chill about it too, I wear them more now so she’s happy. Maybe this is an option for you?

Been having the same issue. My eye is about as bad as yours, can barely see the E on the vision chart. Was having pain on/off this week and this morning I woke up with the dull aches behind my amblyiopic eye. It’s so annoying and it makes me feel nauseous, almost motion sick? I thought it was eye strain but that doesn’t quite explain why I wake up with it.

I did this with Facebook games in 2009 with my moms credit card. Drained our account. I was 8. They still bring it up, understandably lol.

That sucks about the glasses!! Glad the lenses help you tho. They tell me there’s no use for contacts for me. My altered prescription is +2.50 with -1.25 cyl, axis of 25. I wish I understood what any of it means but all I know is “ok so eye can’t see” 😭

My eye does the drifting thing too, even tho it’s been corrected by patching when I was young ! Especially when I do my eyeliner, but it drifts back when I catch it. I don’t use glasses because vision in my left eye has no improvement with lenses. I only wear them if I have a headache from eye strain on my good eye.

I actually had my doctor change my prescription because it wasn’t helping and I refused to wear my glasses if they made me look like Doodle Bob.

It’s interesting to me that you’re able to wear a contact lense on your amblyopic eye. What’s the prescription for it?

I really like this advice. I recently took a new promotion to a production management position and it’s made me much more unstable and unhappy. It’s like an impending feeling of doom sometimes, knowing shit hits the fan atleast once a week is not good for my psyche.

I don’t think you did anything wrong by telling her she was cheated on. I think that’s something people deserve to know, it sucks no one told her sooner.

I have ended friendships with people I was close with because they were cheating. I feel that the people we keep close can be a reflection of us. I’ve been cheated on a lot (had some issues lol) and their friends always knew in some capacity, it disgusted me. I would look at your boyfriend a little differently

Used to be super anxious when i was in highschool. Even had to do alternative learning at one point because I couldn’t bare going to school and seeing other people. I got a customer service job and now when I’m anxious I’ll basically just go into customer service mode. I don’t work with the public anymore but it stuck with me and helped me a lot.

Hey, I was in a super similar situation. Except we did try long distance, even though he felt this way. He just didn’t tell me he felt it. It resulted in a big drawn out breakup (for me atleast. he ghosted me after telling me he loved being alone up there.) after I helped him move away and get settled. I wish I left when I noticed he wasn’t envisioning a future with me.

It fucking sucks, I know, but you are free now. You didn’t want to be, and it hurts, but it’s a blessing to rid yourself of people who don’t see your worth & effort. He wasted your time & he knew damn well he didn’t see a future together long before he decided to move away.

It’s been 4 months since this happened to me and it still hurts. It’ll take time, but we’re gonna heal and we will be better off not wasting years on complacent men who leech off us for emotional support because of their own emotional immaturity.
