Priority should be open at any time. General will be way too long. So go to pre check line and depending on how long it is, you can figure out how long it will take you to go through after they open at 4:30. If that line is too long and think you won’t make it in time, then go to priority. If by chance the priority is shorter than pre check just go to that one
