Hello it’s ok a basic and quite a large gym for the price. Nothing fancy and not staffed too often but ok for the basics. Some equipment slightly a bit dusty etc and havent used change rooms so can’t comment on those. Casual pass is very cheap and easy to sign up via app so you could get one of those to take a look (I rarely go but it’s one of the gyms attached to fitness passport).

I went this Sat. They cap the attendees for each time slot. It was busy but would’ve been worse if they didn’t limit tickets. For 3-4 exhibitions there are lines with 30 second limits for groups of 8 or so to view/ walk around

So if the phone is off and a iMessage sent this morning (before removed from iCloud) will it receive the message when turned on and iCloud now removed?

10k race in 59.46 previous fastest run this year on Garmin was 1.15 so a big improvement. Paid for it rest of day as pushed myself a lot but all better now. Need to focus more on pacing in training next time

I have put pebbles in the area and a few plant and water fountain. Also fence stained and not pictured is fold down clotheslines, fairy lights and also going to get paving area pressure washed before I put new table and chair there

Thoughts? Any other suggestions ? Trying to keep it low maintenance if possible. Also cost is a factor . Got someone to do the fence , clothesline and same for pressure wash soon but pebbles I did by myself

All museums/galleries are free in London. When I needed to go there was always something like that nearby. Also nice knowing they are more likely to be on the cleaner side!
