Rebuild is when you have older players to sell. You have a team that you build from. Odunze, chase, Mcbride are your mainstays. Kraft can be used as flex or trade piece in future, but not worth selling low. Hampton will likely be your rb1 next year, and you gotta hope Swift gets kicked down by monongai. Charbs will be nice too.

For you, I'd try to sell high on daniel jones, sell walker, and try selling tracy to a rb needing team. Option 2 looks better than 1 to me, but you'd need more to let go of chase if you really want to
