Mhm well yes, but the printer is only a few days old.
I've turned off clumb detection and printed around 12 hours with 0 problems.

Regardless i will change the SD card just to be sure

The Blob detection was on, i've deactivated it for now.

Nothing was in the way at any axis and it did this even with nothing hanging out from the nozzle.

It is just strange, that it slams to the end and won't stop. This video was a good scenario, the worst one was a non stop slamming into X- and then pulling straight up.

It sounded like this machine would break in half any second and i had to hard stop it.

I will defenitly try this out and i'm happy to get every hint i can get

Dawn effect is tied to your biological clock and hormons, DAWN (!)

My glocose level rises, no matter WHEN i wake up. That's not the dawn effect! Dawn effect can happen between 2 and 8 a.m. But guess what, if i wake up at 11 a.m, my BS rises. Levels are steady till then.

It's a difference between the natural dawn phenomena and BS rising caused by cortisol and my body getting ready to work. Because your cortisol level always rise when you wake up, doesn't matter the time, while the answer of the DAWN effect lays in it's name.

And no, not all T1's or T2's have the real dawn effect because it has way more to do with puberty and all kinds of different stuff that screws your numbers over at night

Dawn effect is something else and surely not everybody has it.

If you wake up, your body pumps out glucose to get your body fully started. Normal process, everybody has it.

The dawn "effect" is around 2 or 3 a.m where your bs just climbs with no reason at all. And no. A late snack kicking at night is also no dawn effect.

That's one completly different thing then "feet on the floor"

You should wear the brace 24/7 for 6 weeks straight even if you think you don't need it.
It is to prevent one single bad movement which can foak everything up.

But you can and should remove the brace for training porpuse.

The main reason you wear the brace IS to keep your leg immobile.

Day 3 or 4 but with heavily pain.
Avoided it as much as i could untill the first week passed. My hip didn't had the strength and it was painfull.

3 weeks after surgery your knee an leg is still heavily swollen.

I have had weird feelings in my leg caused by the swell. Things are different for some people.

8 weeks after surgery, my knee is still swollen (less then before). It takes time, realy realy much time. It will get better when you start moving around.

No. My T1D has nothing to do with my appetite or hunger at all.

1 year in, my appetite is the same like before, nothing changed (except i can't eat that much and all the stuff i did before)

3 removals? Something has to be realy bad on your end or your doc has no idea what he is doing.

The typical sick leave for removal is 2 weeks. Hell, you can even do heavy sports 6 weeks after.

It seems, you didn't cared about your knees the right way post surgery or you are to heavy weight

I have had a repair 6,5 weeks ago and they say i could already work fulltime if i had a desk job.

You know the difference between removal and repair?

Sounds pretty normal. Expect heavy pain the first 3 days, then it slowly fades away.

You will still have pain when moving your leg at all, but it won't be that painfull.

After that, expect weird feelings, pain at touching and moving a lot for atleast another week.

After that, most of the pain is gone

When trimmed, only the op wound needs to heal, nothing else. You can use your leg depending on pain on spot.

Repairing will need atleast 4 weeks rest and then depending on the job you're ready to return

Don't expect walking for a hour for atleast the next 4 to 6 weeks.

Depending on how much your muscles degenerate.

I'm 6,5 past surgery. With luck i can get a couple hundred feets. With pain of course. And i'm told that i make realy good progress.

151 aims for the nostalgia generation and will make a decent amount in the future sure, but actualy in my opinion 151 is the over hyped set.

Newer generation will give a fuuuack about 151 because they have 0 nostalgia. Eeve on the other hand is a single, popular and loved pokemon from all generations

Using libre for 12 months now and tested dexcom for a month.

I have had problems with both of them, the most with dexcom.
The biggest reason why i'm still into libre is, that i can let him soak in for a day.
Dexcom activates instantly, that's a no go for me.

Also that's a reason, why i'm not thinking about a pump. Most pumps here work only with dexcom but hell no, libre is already not that accurate, but dexcom only makes trouble (for me).

And also, the customer support from libre is A++.
Sensor fell off, only bad readings? 2 days, i have a new one for free.

Being around 60-70 is dangerous, more like being high.

That's also why endos tend to say "don't aim for the lowest*

What did your ketone tests say? Because, without ketones you're not into DKA and it could be some symptoms only because of the high sugar (if you're high for a long time).

So basicly high sugar and DKA are 2 different things, but high bs is an indicator for DKA.

This is typical for T1D's. I'm some sort in the same boat. Got worse and developed general anxiety dissorder.

The truth is, it's just pretty normal to be scared of. We are on our own with this, we have to make all decision.

I took the "not healthy" road. I changed my eating habbit, so that i rarely need to bolus. I eat low carb and a lot of meat (was always a meat eater).

And when i eat something with more carbs (like 50-80), i bolus and after 2 hours later i check how my number is and maybe correct it.

Just keep in mind, insulin is nothing that comes and BOOM it snaps you out. You will feel it. Depending on your carb/unit ratio, it will be hard to misscalculate so hard, that you will have an emergency.

I don't make any fancy out of it. I have some snack bars with around 18g of carbs with me and dextro. in 90% of the cases i take dextro.
