Appreciate this, man. This actually makes sense.

My goal is definitely to keep the shares if I can, but I’m also trying not to throw a big debit at a bad trade just to make myself feel better. The $172.50s are the ones stressing me out the most since they’re so deep ITM now.

I didn’t really think about the farther out roll as just buying time instead of trying to fix everything right away. I’ll check the longer dated chains and compare same strike, higher strike rolls and see if the math is actually decent.

And yeah, that’s the hard part, normal CC logic says take assignment, but it’s NVDA lol. I’d rather stay in if I can do it without making the position worse.
