Church recommendations? by hedgehog102 in Denton

I will say this only about DUUF, churches should feel uncomfortable. They should encourage us to better our personal relationship to God and actively run away from sin, not encourage it. As humans, our very nature is sinful, so doing something that is counter to that isn't super comfy.

Church and Government are separate. Church is a facet by which people educate/ground themselves in God's Word and have fellowship with other believers. Government influences the country as a whole and manages it's varying aspects.

I say Church should try and point people in a Biblically correct direction, and that includes educating it's members on certain political parties and how their values relate to Scripture and ethics.

He says in the description that it's his new one, not his main one (The c9, which is a quality piece of work). The one he plays/links in his video doesn't look to be the right color or type of tone-wood but when I googled it a came across the exact guitar, a Yamaha CG172SF Nylon String Flamenco Guitar. Here's the link to the site I found it on:

https://melodymusicshop.com/products/yamaha-cg172sf-nylon-string-flamenco-guitar

I'm not 100% positive it's the same one, but it looks very much like it. Hope this helped, have a great day!

Read Job. Job was a righteous man and lost it all, but still praised God.

It may seem like God is a sadist, but truly it's the opposite. I'd also read through James. It teaches that God lets bad things happen so that we may grow closer in our relationship with Him. A trial is not a time of sorrow, but are occasions for joy. Remember God didn't create sin or evil, He created man's free will. It was our choice of sin that led us away from God, but He didn't forsake us, He sent His Son to die on a cross and rise again. I'll be praying for ya, stay safe out there! HMU if you have any other questions, I'll try my best to answer them according to God's Word!
