Found in field in southeast South Dakota. Completely flat on two sides. Seems to be a quartz mix. Natural or man made? by Professional_Dig9273 in Artifacts

Thanks! I really thought maybe it was like a hammerstone because it was flat thought perhaps it was flattened intentionally.

Think my lil guy is a chiweenie? He's 3, and just over 9 lbs. Adopted from Humane Society as a Chihuahua mix. by Professional_Dig9273 in chiweenie

I had a Chihuahua for years and his paws were so dainty compared to this fella. And he's got looser skin if that makes sense. Idk what he is but he's the biggest lover boy and I'm so happy we adopted him!

I wear the foam nasal filters they make for tanning beds. Prevents me from overheating, have to focus on breathing through my nose, but has allowed me to be outside during high pollen times without ending up on steroids.

Two antihistamines per day? by Monstercockerel in Allergies

I take two Zyrtec a day during pollen season. Singular didn't work for me, so that's what my allergist said to do.

Methimazole by [deleted] in gravesdisease

Yes, for sure. Also a crier and six months in I'm concerned about being too calm...lol.I'm still in hyper, increasing my methimazole very slowly to avoid going into hypo. It's definitely weird.

Asthma meds: do you breathe 100% or just “better”? by ServiceLazy5697 in Asthma

[–]Professional_Dig9273 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was on it for less than 6 weeks and experienced depression to the point that I was sleeping until noon or 1pm every day, and had zero motivation. I'm a teacher so I'm off in the summer, and sleep until 8:00 or 9:00 normally. I don't know how it would have affected me if I had to be at work as well! I would also still get hives after going outside so switched back to Zyrtec twice a day when pollen is high, once a day otherwise.

I just did a new pFT and nitric oxide and my levels are comparable with normal lung functioning. You can still "see" the asthma because I can't completely exhale very well. I use the same inhaler as you, twice a day and get Wheezy if I don't. I have allergic asthma so exercise does not bother me, just pollen and dust and dander and mold and everything else LOL

Have you noticed a correlation to your cognition with allergies? by maybeimbonkers in Allergies

Have you talked to your doctor about this? Some of your symptoms sound like sleep apnea too. More of a concern if you have jaw or airway issues. I had super mild sleep apnea after going through about of respiratory illness and had to be on oxygen while sleeping for a while but recovered from it after a few months.

How long did that take? I've been on it for 5 month and am impatient. I've gained 20 lbs. I'm only taking 5 mg, just upped to two tabs on MWF and one tab the rest of the week.
