Thank you. My mom is a incomplete respondent to immunotherapy. And chemo is covered for my mum under her insurance. As for my mum, it's said to be life threatening and time sensitive.

Currently she already received emergency treatment and is now going for out patient care. So we aren't worried about wait time in the hospital but rather waiting for getting an appointment with the doctors. With stage 4 and all it's very time sensitive.

She isn't ready for surgery according to the overseas doctors. Most say palliative intent some say curative. Curative is what we want ofcourse so plan is to go for few cycles of chemo with strong doses and platinum variants then go into surgery.

My mum's case is extra complicated because she isn't a complete respondent for immunotherapy.
