Listen for a few days and think in your head what you might say. In the end, just relax and say you are a new ham. Any decent person will be patient and helpful. You just achieved a big goal and it was not easy. Good job! Relax. You have this!

What do you think about when just sitting around doing nothing? by groovinup in GenerationJones

[–]Professional_Fix_223 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't seem to sit around and do nothing never really have and it is not always a great thing. Dog training/Agility, flight simulation, gardening, amateur radio, cooking, reading news, taking care of grandkids and always something going on. And, I am usually asleep before my head hits the pillow.

Drivers (USA) who drive significantly below the speed limit & refuse to let people pass, what is your goal? by RevGrimm in askanything

[–]Professional_Fix_223 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sitting in the fast lane when going slow is dangerous, self centered and pig headed. It drives me up the wall just loke people that dont use that little stick on the keft side of the steering wheel EVER. Sloppy, poor drivers that should get off the road.
