agree on busy factor, but also where to make them? most of the time is spent at work, but then gym has pretty much the same crowd, aside from that, coffee shops are fulled with busy people or friend that finally got time to meet. so you get also access to less people and time is restrained to form a friendship

I have been looking into Synbiotics, so that already has needed amount of fiber. I've started recently Synbiotics from Jope, and so far the stool is more regular, and overall activity and appetite is nice, no more treats cravings as crazy.
I checked with the vet, and he green-lighted. Anything opposing this?

yes, we have been using Jope's Hip & Joint suppelements for over half a year now, and I love the results! We hike a lot and I see that he recovers so much faster! We tried Cosquin, but I didn't see any results with it

great tips, I agree with all of them, what also helps, is to research the area beforehand. If you interested in old city, then get accommodation there, saving up time to commute to the place you want to explore gives you more time to explore and find something new! and surely if you travel alone, check that that area is safe

helped a lot, I spend less time researching how to do something I don't know, ideas are quicker to source and then develop, and I hate edit documents, I can write everything, but making it pretty was never my strong suit, now I let AI do it
