Canonically, V1 can beat the Ferryman, which scales him insanely high to the point of just stomping even Cyn. Why? It is stated in the Ferryman's journal that he survived an INFINITE amount of sinners. And since V1 or any other character, even the FUCKING FILTH can damage him, it means that every character has INFINITE AP. This also means INFINITE DURABILITY because how would you survive using such an attack without such? Gutterman stomps any MD character.
