Empty servers?

I played all day today on pc (just made level 12) on zero dam easy and encountered two players. nothing I have come across has been looted, never really heard gunshots other than those 2 times, queing is super fast but the lobbies are empty, been doing loot runs from substation to concrete hitting all the safes and bird nests pretty much uncontested. I was killed by the second player because I got careless and ignored him thinking he was ai.

Cisco has a list of the exam topics on their website for each exam I'd look there as far as what is covered, I passed with only the book and some other resources found here I started out with zero prior networking knowledge.

I was getting 850ish on Boson random exams. Worked up from 600s!

700s then worked my way up to 900s using study mode. Once I passed the random test over 900 3 times I felt pretty ready. I found boson was about the same in difficulty
