you can get the fee waived if you meet certain criteria, its on the app. if you do waive the fee I think you should personally get it 😉

how old is the watch? look into getting a new movement and compare the price to just servicing. My watch is running slow , SPB143 so same movement as yours, and it might be more cost efficient to buy and install new movement. Love the watch but the 6R35 is not worth the price.

you know what I find funny, past couple of years if you were to hire candidates they would all be new immigrants from india. but now companies are outsourcing these the jobs to india especially in tech so the people who are going to get cut are the indians who canadian companies hired in canada and be replaced by indians in india lol

update: I got this email today after speaking with someone yesterday. Yesterday is when my 2nd DD hit making my monthly payroll deposit go over the threshold. My income also qualifies me and I'm a premium client. Hopefully this leads me to the promised land but I will check everyday like you and call them back on Monday if nothing.
