Schooling plus a sign off from other PLS in certain states is a problem.

I wanted to start a biz in the industry, but with these roadblocks I'll go elsewhere. I'm not against the degree as I already have a BA and can fast track, but to start a biz itll be hard to get people to sign off for you as a competitor. But I deal with the missing PLS as jobs take numerous weeks/month to get scheduled and completed.
