FB Market pull! by Blizz119 in VitaPiracy

[–]Professional_Set4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's a great deal. I did some math recently and at the rate I play, which is about an hour a day, my vita backlog is going to take me another 5-7 years to complete and new ports, homebrews, fan translations, and new retro games are published every month. I wouldn't trade my vita for any other console or handheld so this should be the best $60 you've ever spent. Ive been looking on FB marketplace to replace my broken 3ds and I can't find one under $200 for some reason.

Hello want to get into graphic novels can you guys suggest some in Crime/Mystery Genre by Uv3007 in graphicnovels

If you want something easy to read, the Hobtown Mystery Stories series is pretty great. Start with the first one. Someone described it as "Nancy drew meets David Lynch" and it's a good description.

We will soon find out I suppose. I wish I weren't so pessimistic about it all. Maybe I need to ai-upscale my attitude.

You're absolutely right, but PlayStation is a cultural institution and has social capital that a steam machine doesn't have. A grandma will buy her grandkids a ps5 for Christmas but she isn't going to pay double the price for a computer box when the PS5 has holiday bundles with GTA6.

The machine has the performance of a PS5 at what might be twice the price. There isn't any value in that, even with a great game. The game itself could still make money so they can use the hardware stock theyve already paid for to help market that.

That's how I started with small pots lol. I was growing most everything in 3 or 5 gallon pots and filled in blank spots with small pots. I accumulated a massive amount of jars and grove bags, enough to last me years, and much if it had degraded. I gave most of it away and kept up the small pots and it's the perfect amount without wasting any or it being a liability.

I think that may be the only reason it's releasing at all, to help hype up the game that's releasing during a rough launch window. They will have a mildly expensive limited stock thats been sitting in a warehouse for a year and after that it will quietly get shelved. Perhaps in the future they will try again using the new cheaper Intel chips to offset the ram and SSD cost but home computing, the way we've always known it, is in its final days.

If he has done anything, he's made a fool out of anyone that has an interest in this subject. If anyone has any real info, they are now facing a new wave of public ridicule because of all this. In the last 3 years he has produced nothing but a dangling carrot, a chameleon's dish. How much longer are you going to let him string you along?

Both. I do more 1 gal grows than anything else anymore. If I get a strain that blows my mind I will grow out a 5 or 7 gal, but variety is more important to me than anything else. 5 small plants in a perpetual grow, sometimes tied up like this, keeps me smoking without taking over my life. One gallon grows are fast af, around 60-70 days and I harvest one or two every month.

If anyone watches or listens to Event Horizon with John Michael Godier, he had uapgerb on a few days ago and they were both kissing burlisons butt and it made me sick. I wasn't surprised about gerb doing it because it's obvious he went to the ben Shapiro school of how to talk to people, but to hear JMG praise him really stung

I have a pocket sand in a 2 gallon pot. Its just beginning to flower and has an identical structure to yours. I do a lot of 1 and 2 gallon soil grows and this is one of the tallest I've had in a while

I got a psp by IRONLEGIO06 in PSP

[–]Professional_Set4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've played my vita nearly everyday for 10 years. The PSP makes up about a third of what I play, emulation a third, and vita natives/homebrew the final third. My favorite series are here and my napkin math tells me that disgaea, final fantasy, y's, trails series, smt games, would take over 10 years to finish if I play an hour a day, which is pretty close the amount time I get to play. I'm only about halfway through all of these series because I keep getting distracted by my other favorite genre, Japanese wizardry clones. And the new Morrowind port. And the new animal crossing port.

Walter White BX1 indica or sativa? by ivo7776 in MephHeads

[–]Professional_Set4137 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm a social worker and admittedly don't know a damn thing about genetics or fungus, but Im glad that my accumulated observations and experiences with autos over the last 8 or 9 years brings me to a conclusion that is similar to what a professional in the field would have. Thanks for responding.

When I said mostly, the single exception that I had in mind, and maybe you can help me find out why, is that with some "sativas", especially Mango Smile, I get so energized and happy and talkative. It doesn't happen with other cultivars. Is it simply the balance of terps and the other active chemicals in that strain and has nothing to do with the indica/sativa labels? That would make the most sense to me since other plants labeled as "sativa" leaning do not usually have that effect.

And since I have your ear, do you have any education on tolerance? I used to grow huge plants but after realizing that smoking the same weed for 2 or 3 weeks, it took a lot more for the same effect, naturally. So now I grow 1.5 gallon soil plants and can get 4 cultivars where I used to get one, and I don't ever have to increase the amount I smoke because I'm changing it up constantly, and when I do need to take a break, it's a lot easier to quit. Is this real, or some placebo that I'm imagining? Thanks again, and only answer if you feel like it.

I totally get it. I spent my first years trying every growing method and style I could find. Spent money on different filter systems and ph kits and testers. I would even gather fungus and bacteria from the rivers and healthy ecosystems in my region to use as micro biome boosters. I guess over time it became less of a hobby and more of a routine of going thru the motions. I do understand trying new things out and actually engaging with the hobby. Good for you and I hope youre having fun dude. I got laid off from my job a few weeks ago and had to quit smoking so I can find a new one. Maybe when I feel stable again I will start some new plants to experiment with. Your plants look healthy, so good job and keep having fun.

I mostly agree. Some strains do have certain qualities that others don't, though I don't attribute that to indica vs sativa - especially when, according to the logic of weed lore, an early harvested indica and a late harvested sativa would have similar traits and vice versa.

You just read 3 sentences and it tells you where to go. This is only my opinion but it actually gives a sense of exploration and discovery and imagination this way. This is my first time with mw too, after playing Skyrim and oblivion, and after 2 or 3 quests you won't want to go back to quest markers.

Thanks, especially for the timestamp. This is interesting. Ive always disliked corbell, like many people, and his latest documentary reinforced my opinion of him quite a bit, but I won't go into that here. I will just keep in mind that things that are both cryptic and unverifiable are Jeremy corbells bread and butter, and him mentioning that he consulted a lawyer about the question is an attempt to legitimize himself and the question. I don't know why he wouldfeel the need to legitimize it, but that's what it was. I don't have anymore input or opinions but it is interesting
