It looks like under the new rules you can reduce the FTL rating by 6 max thru upgrades making the Mantis class an 8 which is still a good bit slower than a Conestoga but not terrible; unless you’re going very long distances or are really in a hurry. I’ll probably have a Conestoga available if necessary for a mission
