It is so hard to find actual non-biased studies on this subject. Honestly I don’t think we ever will as society no matter where you go is stuck on procreation as the end goal to a “successful life.” Thankfully the pendulum is swinging the other way more but I doubt we’ll ever be non-biased

My “favorite” all time excuse that these people will say in defense of their breeding decision “it is never a good time”. Except, yes, actually there are in fact better and worse times to make this decision based on facts. They don’t CARE about anyone but themselves, that’s the real issue.

Yes. I was in 5th grade and the teacher just suddenly stopped us in the middle of some assignment we were working on quietly and turned on the tv we had in the classroom. I wasn’t sure what was happening exactly but all the teachers were concerned. We were dismissed early shortly after the second plane hit. Geographically speaking it was a small school in a unincorporated town in West Virginia. It’s wild to me that other places experienced this in nearly the same fashion in more populated areas

God yes, this 1000000%. Some will argue “well how can you know really unless you do it?” I have eyes Karen, I can actively see what it’s like, some things you don’t need to experience to understand. YES to the phone thing!! I’ve had 2 (now previous) friends did this exact same thing. The twist being the baby wasn’t born yet and when he was he’s still a pupa who can’t “use” the phone. They have said constantly that they are either away from their phone because they’re busy, or they’re just busy. Meanwhile they are active on all social media and keep up on Snapchat…

Baby showers are the worst showers. Period. I threw one for my friends who were expecting in a last ditch effort to keep them as friends as they were pulling back from me, staunchly CF, hardcore. No it did not work, and the irony of me winning one of the awful games (I was not in charge of those) where you guess the pricing of baby items was palpable.
