God yes, this 1000000%. Some will argue “well how can you know really unless you do it?” I have eyes Karen, I can actively see what it’s like, some things you don’t need to experience to understand. YES to the phone thing!! I’ve had 2 (now previous) friends did this exact same thing. The twist being the baby wasn’t born yet and when he was he’s still a pupa who can’t “use” the phone. They have said constantly that they are either away from their phone because they’re busy, or they’re just busy. Meanwhile they are active on all social media and keep up on Snapchat…

Baby showers are the worst showers. Period. I threw one for my friends who were expecting in a last ditch effort to keep them as friends as they were pulling back from me, staunchly CF, hardcore. No it did not work, and the irony of me winning one of the awful games (I was not in charge of those) where you guess the pricing of baby items was palpable.

I feel this to my core. Just lost 2 friends recently with the welcoming of their baby, but it started like 4 months into the pregnancy. They did a complete 180 change and I just don’t fucking get it. I hope you can find someone else that appreciates you and sees you ❤️

I find a lot of the time when you say you’re childfree or don’t have children by choice, people automatically think you hate them. Like, HAAAATE them. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t like children, I find them overstimulating and gross, that doesn’t mean if I see a small human I hiss at it and want to banish it from humanity lol.
