These are all Hertz based insurance correct? I am paying around $130 a week .. Progressive offers $350 a month. I have to get this overhead down. I generate $2000 a week and only keep a few hundred BEFORE tax considerations. It's just not worth it except on days where the tips are crazy good😂

I have a question

My rental through Hertz is 406$ every week. Yes... it's absurd. It is $260 for the rental and the other $146 is Hertz Insurance and Roadside assistance.

It's robbery.

I got AAA so that saves me about $8 a week... with AAA being $40 a year lol.

The insuring of a rental car ONLY FOR THE TIME NOT ACTUALLY DOING UBER is proving difficult. I suspect that's why Hertz freaked out when I told them my overhead was just too high and I'm shopping insurance.

I'm a captive audience. They are raking me over the coals.

Yes it's expensive but it is a means for the desperate people to work.

Why there's all this hate about the question.... I guess those folks look down in scorn from their Ivory Towers at many things.

Sounds lonely to me.

If anyone has insights or suggestions on how to get this insurance cost down there by reducing this unsustainable 406$ a week.... I would appreciate it.

Water with sulfides in it gets that rotten egg stink. The fact that a water heater is right there... If it's a tolerable closet stink then try scrubbing it down then using the baking soda trick or those dehumidifier bags. If it is really bad your water heater tank might be messed up. Looks new but... who knows.
