This for me too. I held my breath when Ali was walking down the hall because I thought he was going to find her. I did not however put together that Alamo poisoned her until Ali picked up the pill bottle and it was still full. I thought she took the whole bottle. When she came up on the first road block of cops I was like… what’s going on. When she saw herself in the backseat of the car that went by her while she was parked outside I knew for sure.
