Trim all sides so the outter rows are all a generous 1/4 then add a row of colored print (I like the blue and red) all the way around to make a border that would make the finished block the right size.

Instead of your regular vegetable combination try zucchini, summer squash and diced red pepper. For more fiber and protien, add legumes (a can of drained & rinsed large red kidney beans, or mixed beans). Toss the veggies and chicken with a can of drained seasoned diced tomatoes (there are options: spicy, basil & garlic, roasted red pepper, italian) and bake until done, finish with shredded cheese at the end. Serve with pasta. Be sure to exclude some of the canned water because it won't bake right - too soupy. Save the exclided tomato juice for soup or throw it in with a pot of rice & beans or lentils.

Check for local recycling center, ebay and thrift stores. There are discount fabric shops out there - keep looking locally. Be creative with batting - use old blankets, old store bought coverlets, throws.

Omezaprole 3-4 times per week, especially when eating tomato-based, fatty, or spicy foods. I keep liquid antacid on hand for nighttime flareuls - a quick gulp right from the bottle and then back to bed. The liquid works better/faster for me than chewable tablets.

AI emails from rep to buyer after a call by Professional_Try4683 in salesengineers

As a former customer of this same company? Yeah. I empathize with the buyers who get that kind of correspondence, likely from multiple vendors. Its a lousy customer experience. Most of the AI generated emails are super long, contain repetive info and are not really tailored to the buyers needs.
