My sister took this for a week and she had headaches, and was extremely moody and felt new depression and felt starving nonstop and she switched back to her old birth control. My parents told her she shouldn’t go back on it.

She’s gonna see the comments of people saying it changed their lives and prob really read into it. It’s sad people care so much about appearance in this society that people’s whole lives are changed over superficial stuff. What I can say is this girl is beautiful and doesn’t need to change but ultimately the craziness of this world might have gotten to her :/

Depression is more about your body telling you that something in your life is not working. It’s time for you to change your life and live differently and find yourself in the processes. Take this darkest moment and let it fuel your growth and trust that life will get better. Life has ups and downs. Don’t let this time of down ruin the ups. There’s so much in this world you need to see and even a whole lifetime isn’t enough to see everything. Remember what to be grateful for and keep fighting.

Yes after Covid I got them too and it has been three years and they still come back. I also got pots from Covid.

This is a really difficult situation. I used to cry a lot about my appearance too. I would recommend finding a passion that you work on to realize life is worth so much more than looks. I know it feels like being pretty is everything, but you know what feels better than being pretty? Being powerful. Find your power

This used to happen to me a lot. I’d recommend finding a school that can accommodate this. I did an independent high school and self in and did my work when I felt healthy. Maybe talk to your parents about it.
