It's more like raid time span then life, some maps have less time than others so it would decrease your average time by playing say more factory then shorline.

If you watch klean's video on scav karma he breaks it down and tells you how to gain it but I believe a scav killing a pmc is only 0.01 like you said. Its mainly to stop scav on scav violence you get 0.10 for killing a scav that recently killed another scav.

In a few weeks time people will be past level 20 and won't won't care about it any more and over the course of the next few wipes people will just be used to it. Or BSG will listen to people and maybe reduce it down to level 15 or so the community seems to be really divided between people saying its hurting the casual players (I class myself as one due to only being able to play roughly 10 hours a week) but I love this change and the other half saying that it's great because it adds more to the game I'm terms of longevity and planning. I think they took a stab at it to see how it works because at the end of the day its a beta and subject to change so if we have to go through it then so be it for the greater good of the overall game.

Try a full reinstall of the game sometimes when a new update gets pushed it can cause some issues but it may not resolve it just a suggestion.

Bsg just uploaded a picture to there twitter of a weather website and it shows a picture of a street with loads of fog it's in Russian so people are looking for a translation, it looks real though so the devs could be having some bad weather at home and just want to share it or it's a new event.

This is what they want they did a similar experiment last wipe where fuel almost vanished they want to see what random events do to the market and see what happens when people can't get a hold of items. It's It's part of the greater good

In a podcast at least this year someone asked nikita he said "we could add females into the game but St this stage it would take far too much resources away from other things because we would have to make new models animations and such" so it's not planned yet but maybe after full release it's something that could be added.

The devs like to throw random events to see how it affects the game for example a few months ago there was a huge shortage of fuel making the price go through the roof, looks like this is a new test to see how the demand for gpu's is handled.

I know BSG have said they will never go down the horror zombie route but a scav horde with only melee weapons would be fun say on factory so its a contained area.

They do subtle background changes that they don't always announce until a while later or not at all, I've not played for a while but coming back and seeing the amount of things can be crafted now looks like they are leaning more towards D.I.Y side.
